1. 1.10Siempre que el Maestro llega a un Estado

   子禽问于子贡曰：夫子至于是邦也，必闻其政，求之与？抑与之与？子贡曰：夫子温良恭俭让以得之。夫子之求之也，其诸异乎人之求之与？

   Venir a consultarle no es lo mismo que confiarle el cargo.

2. 2.1Gobernar por la virtud

   子曰：为政以德，譬如北辰，居其所而众星共之。

   No es que los decretos sobren, sino que quien gobierna debe haber obtenido antes algo él mismo. Hoy: el tutor de clase cuya palabra cuenta.

3. 2.3Guiarlos con decretos

   子曰：道之以政，齐之以刑，民免而无耻；道之以德，齐之以礼，有耻且格。

   Castigos y decretos apartan del delito; virtud y rito mueven hacia el bien. Hoy: se estropea la cámara, y la basura vuelve.
